Instructional Assistant Position
Instructional Assistant position available at Spring-Ford Area School District's Spring City Elementary School. Are you looking to make a difference in the life of a child? Full Time 10-month position available at Spring-Ford's Spring City Elementary School. This position will be in Autistic Support. Experience working with students with special needs is preferred but not required. Must meet the Paraprofessional Highly Qualified Requirements: All individuals entering the paraprofessional field are required to be Highly Qualified. Individuals are required to hold an Associate's degree or higher, or have earned at least 48 credits post-secondary training or have passed a rigorous local assessment in reading, writing and mathematics.

The successful external applicants must submit current (dated less than 1 year from the start date) Act 34, Act 151, and Act 114 clearances and a Health Record & TB Test (dated less than 90 days from the start date) prior to beginning employment.
