Instructional Assistant
The Instructional Assistant supports the academic and behavioral development of students under the direction of certificated staff. This role assists in implementing instructional programs, maintaining classroom discipline, and supporting students in one-on-one, small group, or whole-class settings. Duties include preparing instructional materials, supervising students inside and outside the classroom, and helping maintain a positive and organized learning environment.
Possess a High School Diploma or its Equivalency Must have passed the Paraprofessional Exam (formally known as the NCLB) or have acquired an AA Degree or 48 college units D.O.J Background Check T.B. Test / Assessment
