McGovern Elementary serves grades 3-5. Our staff work collaboratively to build strong relationships, maintain high expectations, and help every student grow academically. We believe in putting students first, supporting one another, and continuously chasing excellence together.
Definition:
Under the supervision of classroom teachers, the instructional assistant will perform a variety of tasks associated with the teaching process, including routine supervision of students, facilitating small group instruction, clerical tasks, and materials handling in an efficient manner.
