Qualifications
- Skills and knowledge Minimum - Associate's Degree or equivalent and some experience in working with children
- Ability to handle and treat information confidentially
- Ability to work with a student in a classroom environment and capability to follow teacher and related staff instructions in regard to work modifications and behavior plans
- Ability to present material in a clear and efficient manner
- Ability to help organize content area information
- Ability to consistently implement instructional and behavior programs for students under the direction of a teacher
- Ability to relate to students, teachers, and staff in a positive and effective manner
