Instructional Assistant - Doniphan, Nebraska

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support to a student, following established educational plans and guidelines.
• Assist with academic tasks, social skills, and daily classroom activities as directed.
• Foster an encouraging, inclusive atmosphere to support the student's personal and educational growth.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and staff to track progress and adapt support as needed.
• Maintain accurate notes and documentation as required for student records and program compliance.
