POSITION SUMMARY
St. Stanislaus Catholic School is a faith-filled, family-centered PK 8 school serving a diverse, vibrant, historically underserved Hispanic community in East Chicago with a 125-year tradition of education and service. The Instructional Aide will play a flexible and essential role in supporting classroom instruction, student supervision, and school-wide needs. This position requires someone who is highly adaptable and willing to move fluidly between classrooms, grade levels, and responsibilities based on daily school needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma required
• Willing to complete required CCDF training/eligibility steps
• Experience working with children preferred
• Strong character, reliability, and willingness to learn are essential
