Instructional Aide
The Instructional Aide will work alongside classroom teachers to provide targeted Math and ELA intervention support to students in small groups and individually. This position assists with instructional activities, reinforces classroom learning, prepares materials, and helps students work toward individualized and group educational goals.
Requirements / Qualifications
Experience working with children Associate degree or equivalent appropriate certification Pass the Instructional Aide Proficiency Test Valid California Driver's License Pass DOJ/FBI background check Current negative TB clearance Current CPR/First Aid/AED-EPI training Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively at the level required for the position Ability to follow oral and written directions and work effectively with students, staff, and parents Basic computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office, Gmail, and Google Classroom preferred Some positions may require demonstration of specific skills related to the assignment
