Spectrum Center Schools and Programs seeks an Instructional Aide to support K–12 students with autism, emotional/behavioral challenges, and other special needs in small, specialized classrooms. Working closely with special education teachers and clinical/behavioral staff, you’ll reinforce individualized education plans, provide 1:1 and small-group academic and behavioral support, implement behavior intervention strategies, collect student data, assist with daily living and social skills, and help maintain a safe, structured, and positive learning environment aligned with our mission-driven, student-focused culture.
