Spectrum Center Schools and Programs seeks an Instructional Aide to support K–12 students with autism, emotional and behavioral challenges, and other special needs in small, specialized classrooms. Working under a special education teacher, you will implement individualized education plans, reinforce academic and social-emotional skills, support behavior plans, collect student data, and assist with daily routines. You’ll collaborate with teachers and clinicians, communicate with families and staff, and help maintain a safe, structured, and positive learning environment that reflects our mission-driven, student-focused culture.
