Responsibilities:
- Support teachers and students in the classroom
- Work with individuals and small groups
- Assist students with special needs, including personal care as needed
- Help maintain a safe, organized learning environment

The Menands Union Free School District better known as Menands Schoolserves approximately 300 students in 4 Year Old PRE-K through eighth grade. The school district pays tuition for an additional 130 Menands students in ninth through 12th grades to attend one of four area high schools: Shaker High School in North Colonie Central School District, Colonie Central High School (South Colonie), Watervliet High School, or Tech Valley High School.
