Job Opportunity

The successful applicant must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing in both English and Spanish with students and parents. Must be able to translate formal documents from English to Spanish.

External applicants must provide: cover letter, Edjoin application, resume, three letters of recommendation, and transcripts showing 48 units/degree or CODESP certificate.

Possess a high school diploma or its recognized equivalent, and completed two years of higher education study (48 units), or obtained an associate's (or higher) degree, or passed the CODESP test that demonstrates knowledge of, and the ability to assist in instructing, reading, writing, and mathematics, or instructing reading readiness, writing readiness, and mathematics readiness, as appropriate. Ability to communicate effectively, orally and written, in English and Spanish with students and parents. Ability to translate formal documents from English to Spanish.
