Instructional Aide - Albion, MI

You'll play a crucial role as a VOCO facilitator, working onsite alongside dedicated staff to enhance student learning. Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to pass a background check (district-managed fingerprinting process)
• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite
• Comfortable using technology and facilitating interactive educational platforms
• Previous paraprofessional or support experience in schools is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with both students and staff
• Commitment to full-time hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Responsibilities:

• Serve as an onsite facilitator for virtual classroom activities
• Support students in accessing and engaging with digital learning materials
• Assist with daily classroom management and ensure a positive learning environment
• Collaborate with teachers and administrators to carry out individualized student plans
• Monitor student progress and provide hands-on guidance as needed
