$27.50 per Hour

(Includes $25.00 Base Pay + $2.50 Local Premium)

We are currently hiring Installers in Plain City, Ohio for a full-time, permanent opportunity. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in construction, installation, assembly, maintenance, manufacturing, field service, or other hands-on mechanical trades.

The Installer will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining equipment and systems while ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to all safety and quality standards.

Job Summary

As an Installer, you will work on active job sites performing installation and assembly work using hand and power tools. This role requires individuals who are mechanically inclined, dependable, safety-focused, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Perform installation and assembly work using hand and power tools

Read and follow installation instructions, blueprints, and work orders

Measure, cut, assemble, and mount materials as required

Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues in the field

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements

Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, and team members

Complete projects according to quality and productivity standards

Work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED preferred

Construction, installation, maintenance, assembly, mechanical, manufacturing, or related experience preferred

Experience using hand tools and power tools

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Reliable transportation

Valid Driver's License Required

Must be able to pass a Background Check

Must be able to pass a Drug Screen

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Ability to work in a physically demanding environment

Strong attendance record and reliability

Ability to work safely and efficiently in a team environment
