Installer

Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 4:30pm, end time can vary based on project

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00/HR

Duties:

• Install basement waterproofing systems and drainage solutions in residential homes.
• Install sump pumps, discharge lines, and other water-management equipment.
• Perform foundation repair work, including piering, stabilization, and structural support systems.
• Install crawl space encapsulation systems, vapor barriers, and moisture-control products.
• Assist with concrete lifting and leveling projects.
• Travel daily with a crew to customer job sites throughout the service area.
• Follow company-approved installation methods, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working condition.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide exceptional customer service.
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe throughout the installation process.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.

• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; paid training provided.

• Comfortable working in confined spaces such as crawl spaces and basements.
• Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day.
• Ability to lift and carry 60-75 lbs. on a regular basis.
