Pinnacle Staffing is seeking a skilled and dependable Installation Service Technician with experience in plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance. This position is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining a variety of commercial and industrial equipment and building systems. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, enjoys troubleshooting, and provides excellent customer service while working independently in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, pumps, valves, and piping.
- Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs, including wiring, motors, switches, control panels, and lighting.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and complete repairs efficiently.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections and identify potential issues before failures occur.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings with customers and management.
- Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety regulations.
- Provide professional customer service while working at client locations.
- Travel to customer sites throughout Southern Arizona as needed.
- Experience in plumbing, electrical, or facilities maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and plumbing diagrams.
- Mechanical aptitude with experience using a variety of hand and power tools.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various indoor and outdoor environments.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Trade school or vocational training in plumbing, electrical, or a related field.
- Experience working in commercial or industrial environments.
- OSHA certification or other trade-related certifications are a plus.
