If you want to push the boundaries of materials science and engineering to create next generation technology, join us to deliver material innovation that changes the world.Job DescriptionRepresent iTeam and define AGS install strategy per product, together with AGS functions (TSE, BU GPS, Spares, digital tools etc.) and BU product support team.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and drive new procedures and Best-Known Methods (BKMs) to Install productsEnsure certification templates are aligned with BKM's and Installation procedures.Coordinate I&W spending & drive data-driven improvement (NC, beyond spec, NPI) with BUDrive design-for-installation initiatives for new products Partner with Quality & Reliability (Q&R) group to review and address Top Field IssuesParticipating in or own CAPA process.Drive CE productivity analysis, initiate and manage improvement plans to improve CE installation productivity and quality and reduction of install complexityLead Productivity DT (Digital Tools) field implementation and adoption through close collaboration with SBU/DEG to define iTeam HVP (High Value Problem) and with BU/SBU/DEG to define and develop specific solutionsKey stakeholder in driving adoption of digital tools and AI for predictive planning and quality assuranceParticipating in first chamber Build & Test in Apps lab or Customer SitesSolve issues, or work with Engineering to address issues identifiedCollaborate with Manufacturing to develop procedures and participate (if required) in the Product final test to improve manufacturing quality.Drive resolution of key issues with Engineering.
