Responsibilities

• Lead and manage gutter installation projects from start to finish.
• Ensure gutters are installed correctly, securely, and with proper pitch and drainage.
• Oversee installations of seamless gutters, downspouts, guards, and related components.
• Catch issues early and maintain high workmanship standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate crew members on the job site.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and project managers.
• Keep job sites clean, safe, and looking professional at all times.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full- time
• Salary: $60,000 per year
• Schedule: Day shift, evening shift, Monday to Friday
• Supplemental pay types: Tips, bonuses
