We are seeking an Inspector/Packer to perform small-parts assembly, visual inspection, and packaging of products in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble small parts using hand tools, fixtures, and equipment.
- Perform visual inspections and identify product defects.
- Use magnification when needed to inspect small components.
- Sort, count, weigh, package, and label finished products.
- Complete production records and work-order documentation.
- Follow work instructions, procedures, and safety requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Use basic computer/touch-screen systems as required.
- High school diploma/GED preferred.
- Manufacturing, production, assembly, inspection, packaging, or warehouse experience is a plus.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable performing repetitive work with small parts.
- Ability to sit/stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
