Production Associate
We are seeking a dependable Production Associate to produce, inspect, and package quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Produce and package products according to specifications
- Label, inspect, and palletize finished products
- Complete required production documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
- Clean equipment following company procedures
- Follow all quality, food safety, and company policies
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
- Manufacturing experience is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
