Position: Inspector Packer (Day & Night Shift)
Location: Neptune, NJ
Pay Rate: $17.00 - $20.00 an hour (Based on Experience)

Job Description:
Ready to make an impact from day one? As an Inspector Packer, you'll play a critical role in delivering high-quality products by inspecting, assembling, and packaging finished goods. You'll work alongside a dedicated team in a dynamic manufacturing environment where quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything we do.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment and inspect products for quality
- Trim, package, and palletize finished products
- Complete required production documentation
- Monitor equipment and report operational issues
- Follow safety, GMP, and quality standards
- Maintain a clean work environment and support team operations
- 12-Hour Rotating Schedule
Day Shift: 6:30am - 7:00pm
Night Shift: 6:30pm - 7:00am
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 15-20 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Basic computer, math, and troubleshooting skills
- Team-oriented with reliable attendance and work ethic
