Inspection And Compliance Specialist/ Sm Administrator"We enrich lives with our Asian heritage, food and culture" is the vision of H Mart.Responsibilities, but not limited to:Develop and design the company's health and safety policies.Visit each store and identify hazardous workplace conditions and conduct internal inspection.Train employees on safety policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to employee safety.Partner with various vendors to provide health and safety related services and manage the contract.Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state health and safety regulations and ensures necessary records are maintained and prepared according to established guidelines.Assist in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) inspections, providing inspectors with appropriate documents and identifying safety measures.Review and follow-up on inspection reports from government agencies such as Health Dept., Consumer Affairs, USDA, FDA, etc.Completing applications for renewal of various licenses and permits.Managing the facilities which are related to health and compliance issues.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree requiredExcellent interpersonal skills required as well as ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.Domestic Travel requiredExperience preferred, but not requiredWork Hours & Benefits:MON-FRI, 9:00am to 6:00pmCompany provided LunchHealth Insurance CoverageDental and Vision CoveragePSL / PTOPaid Holidays per company policyCelebration & Condolence Benefits per company policyEligibility to use Company owned Resort per company policy5% Employee Points program with H Mart Smart CardH Mart is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
