Social Media TikTok CoordinatorInsomniac Events is looking for a Social Media TikTok Coordinator who can assist with crafting and organizing social content for each of our unique brands, one amazing post at a time. You are a skilled creative writer who understands the importance of collaboration, and you thrive in high-energy situations. This position reports to the TikTok Specialist & Senior Manager, Social Media.Responsibilities:Coordinate with social media and marketing leads to create and organize compelling short-form content across multiple brands simultaneouslyCreate daily TikTok content that speaks to our Insomniac audience using the Canva and content creation appsStay on top of TikTok trends, acting as the one of the marketing team's TikTok expertsPitch and organize TikTok shoots for our various brandsCollaborate with the Records & Media departments to create our own trending soundsCreate Reels strategies to cross post TikTok contentWrite creatively yet collaboratively within the sphere of each brand, with an emphasis on captions, text on screen, content creation & selectionCreate detailed spreadsheets and proposals for TikTok social calendars across concerts, branded shows, and festivalsFilm and edit TikToks on-site at our events as well as organize shoots in the officeOccasionally travel to out-of-state festivals to capture on-site contentAppear on screen in TikTok content when appropriate to support storytelling and engagementPartner with Insomniac Headliner Experience team to monitor and address customer service inquiries and deliver social feedbackCreate social reports and summaries recapping on-sales, events, and major announcementsSupport social and marketing teams with on-site duties at events and festivalsAll other tasks as assigned by the TikTok teamQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field/experience2+ years' experience with social media marketingIn-depth knowledge of the TikTok spaceUnderstanding of electronic music, festival culture, and the live music spaceIn-tune with local music scene, venues, and nightclubsAbility to film quality iPhone content + edit iPhone videos into engaging pieces.Organized self-starter with meticulous attention to detailKnowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Instagram Stories, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and other live streaming apps and social media platformsExperience in social media management/monitoring tools such as: HootSuite, TweetDeck and SprinklrProficient in grammar, copywriting and asset selectionMust have in-depth knowledge of Capcut and other content creation apps.Experience working on-site at concerts, music festivals, or other large-scale eventsWork Environment:Must be willing to travel to work during holidays, evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlinesMust be able to tolerate loud noise levels and drastic temperature climates while working on site at various event locationsMust be able to work in open concept office spaceApplicants for employment in the U.S.
