Junior Graphic DesignerInsomniac Clubs is looking for a highly motivated and proactive Junior Graphic Designer with impeccable attention to detail and a strong design sense to join our design team. In this role, you will assist in developing designs, resizing existing materials, and addressing challenges associated with designing for multiple formats. The ideal candidate will have a passion for growing and refining their craft. This position reports to the Graphic Design Manager and Art Director. This is an on-site position.ResponsibilitiesProvide design support for internal and external digital and print media across all Insomniac Clubs projects and brandsCollaborate with the design team to make necessary modifications and revisions to existing designs based on feedback and requirementsOrganize and maintain design files and follow naming conventions, to ensure proper version control and accessibility for the team.Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to brainstorm and develop creative graphic communications that meet project objectivesKeep current with the latest industry standards and trends in software, hardware, and design to create visually engaging and innovative graphicsHas experience in photo retouching, photo manipulation, and compositionFoundational understanding of different art conceptsDemonstrate flexibility and a strong willingness to learn and adapt.Welcomes constructive feedback and be at ease with hands-on trainingOther design requirements as necessaryQualifications1+ years experience in the Graphic Design fieldBachelor's degree in graphic design or similar fieldBasic knowledge of animation, particularly in After Effects, is preferred but not requiredIntermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop and Illustrator.Intermediate hierarchy, layout, and typography skillsKnowledge of color theory and balance is a mustEffective organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesExperience in reformatting and resizing digital and print files to multiple dimensions and file formatKnowledge of EDM and Insomniac artists/ brands is preferredWork EnvironmentMust be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments in dynamic work locationsMust be willing to travel to work during holidays, evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines and work eventsApplicants for employment in the U.S.
