Focused on protecting sensitive information and systems, the full-time Insider Threat Engineer will manage investigations and develop detection capabilities while working remotely. Key responsibilities Build, test, deploy, and tune detections across various platforms and systems to identify insider threats Lead investigations into unusual data movement and access anomalies, collecting and correlating information to establish timelines Develop automation and investigation tools that enhance the efficiency and consistency of insider threat investigations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent experience 7+ years of experience in insider threat, detection engineering, or related security fields Experience conducting security investigations and analyzing activity to document findings Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language, such as Python or Java Knowledge of security technologies like SIEM, DLP, and identity security
