What You'll Do
* Serve as the first point of contact for customers by phone, email, and walk‑ins
* Process orders accurately and promptly
* Prepare quotations and provide pricing, product availability, and shipping timelines
* Support outside sales by sourcing products and preparing quotes
* Manage key accounts, including Oil & Gas customers
* Assist customers with product selection and application solutions
* Build strong customer relationships through responsive service and technical support
* Deliver consistent, high‑quality service that keeps customers coming back

What You Bring
* Prior inside sales and/or customer service experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
* Strong organizational, data entry, multitasking, and customer service skillsEfficient in Windows‑based programs including Excel, Word, and Teams
* Willingness to learn and take direction when needed
Preferred Qualifications
* 2-3 years of experience and/or knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
* Pumps
* Motors
* Rotating equipment
* Industrial products
* Experience with Salesforce, Zoom, Microsoft Office, SAP Ariba, and/or Epicor Prophet 21 (P21)
* Experience performing a majority of the functions described in this role

* High school diploma or GED required
* Must be able to work in‑person in Anchorage, AK
