Inside Sales Specialist - Medical Device Manufacturing


QUICK FACTS


  • Location: Remote

  • Shift: PST – Monday to Friday (start times between 6am-9am PST) 8 hour shift

  • Duration: Temporary through end of the year

  • Pay Range: $20 – $22/hr Depending on Location and Experience + Bonus Structure



EXPERIENCE NEEDED

  • 1-2 years of inside sales experience; medical device industry experience highly preferred

  • Excellent phone-based communications skills

  • Experience with medical insurance preferred

  • Experience within Diabetes preferred

  • Proven ability to apply advanced sales techniques and product knowledge to alleviate customer concerns and drive sales



MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB

  • Manage sales pipeline and lead follow-ups.

  • Tailor sales messaging based on emotional and clinical context to deepen engagement.

  • Explain device benefits based on patient lifestyle and therapy type.

  • Navigate insurance complexity, including co-pays, DME vs. pharmacy options.

  • Proactively engage prescribers to confirm documentation and guide them through the process.

  • Use CRM effectively with follow-up sequences and personalized messaging.
