As we continue to expand, we're seeking experienced Inside Sales Representatives to join our team in Lake Worth Beach, Florida.

This opportunity is ideal for sales professionals with a proven track record in high-volume phone sales, consultative selling, and one-call closing who are motivated by performance-based earnings and professional growth.

Position Overview

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will connect with prospective business customers, identify their marketing needs, and present solutions that support their business goals.

This is a fast-paced, phone-based sales position requiring strong communication skills, confidence in closing, and the ability to build rapport quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage prospective customers through inbound and outbound sales calls.
• Identify business needs and recommend appropriate digital marketing solutions.
• Conduct effective sales presentations and confidently close transactions.
• Apply one-call-close sales techniques to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Address customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity within our CRM.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance expectations.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside sales, high-volume phone sales, or a comparable closing-focused sales environment.
• Demonstrated success with one-call-close sales techniques.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of sales conversations while maintaining professionalism.
• Results-oriented mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to adapt to coaching, feedback, and established sales processes.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort working with CRM software.

Preferred Experience:

• Digital marketing, online advertising, or related services.
• Business-to-business (B2B) sales.
• Short-cycle or one-call-close sales environments.

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed Weekly Compensation: $750 per week or earned commission, whichever is greater.
• Uncapped Commission: No predetermined limit on commission earnings.
• Weekly Pay: Consistent weekly payroll schedule.
• Estimated Annual Earnings: $75,000–$130,000, depending on individual sales performance.
• W-2 Employment: Full-time employee position.
