Inside Sales Rep - WARM LEADS!!!

Start a career in insurance sales. No license, no experience, and no cold calling required.

We’re hiring Insurance Sales Representatives to talk with people who have already asked for a quote or information. You’ll spend your days helping real people find the right coverage, not chasing strangers.

What you’ll do

• Follow up with warm leads (online quote requests, referrals, existing-client inquiries, and renewals) by phone, email, and text
• Ask the right questions to understand each person’s coverage needs, budget, and risks
• Quote policies from carriers and explain options in plain language
• Close new business and cross-sell additional coverage, like bundling home and auto or adding life or umbrella policies
• Build relationships that lead to renewals and referrals
• Keep accurate records in our agency management system
• Follow all state and carrier compliance requirements

What you’ll bring

• A strong interest in building a career in insurance or sales. Experience is not required
• Clear, friendly communication and good listening skills
• Comfort explaining details and walking people through decisions
• Organization, follow-through, and a coachable attitude
• Willingness to obtain your [Property & Casualty / Life & Health] license prior to hire. We’ll guide you through it.
• Experience in customer service, retail, banking, hospitality, or similar fields is a plus, but not required

Licensing and training

• We pay for your pre-licensing course and state exam fees
• $500 BONUS on your first check for completing the course
