Employment Type: Direct Hire, Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Pay: $26.00–$31.00/hour DOE

Work Style: Onsite training for the first 3 months, with remote work available afterward

Position Overview

A growing high-tech manufacturing company is seeking a Japanese Bilingual Inside Sales Specialist to support customers, sales activities, order management, and material coordination.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers while coordinating across sales, manufacturing, inventory, and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer quotes, purchase orders, sales orders, and RMAs using an ERP system
• Serve as a key point of contact for assigned customers
• Support Account Managers with customer needs, pricing, and sales activities
• Track sales forecasts, open orders, backlog, and key account data
• Coordinate with manufacturing teams regarding production and delivery schedules
• Monitor inventory and coordinate shipments to meet customer deadlines
• Assist with order entry, invoicing, customer inquiries, and account maintenance
• Prepare sales and performance reports for management

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Inside Sales and/or Customer Service experience
• Experience in a high-tech or manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with data entry, reporting, and spreadsheets
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
• Japanese language skills required – speaking, reading, and writing
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
