Job Duties
nKey Obsessions:
nNew Sales Opportunities (NSOs)
nServe as the main customer contact, working closely with the Applications Engineer to manage all aspects of customer engagement for NSOs.
nSupport the setup of NSOs and assist the Applications Engineer throughout the sales process until a purchase order is received.
nProcess purchase orders for new machine sales and coordinate the transition of sold projects to the Project Management team.
nMonitor and track NSO progress to ensure timely follow-up and effective communication with all stakeholders.
nVIP Customer Program Support
nHelp organize customer calls and internal meetings to ensure clear communication and coordination.
nDocument discussions from both internal and external meetings, track follow-ups, and manage action items in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
nMaintain and update task lists to ensure timely completion of responsibilities.
nCollaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide proactive support to VIP customers.

nDeliver exceptional customer service that consistently exceeds expectations, ensuring timely and effective responses to inquiries.
nContinuously strive to improve the overall customer experience by providing prompt and thorough support, reinforcing Aagard’s commitment to helping customers win.

nMinimum Education Required
nKnowledge and Experience:
nAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, along with 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
nProficient keyboarding, computer, proofreading, and editing skills
nExperience with Microsoft Office and ability to learn Aagard software
nStrong prioritization, time management, organization, proactive decision-making, and attention to detail
nConfidence and ability to communicate professionally with internal and external customers verbally and in writing
nAbility to handle confidential information with tact and discretion
nA conscientious approach to meeting and exceeding customer expectations
nA Real ID or Passport is required
nAbility to travel as required, with 1-2 trips annually
