Inside Channel Manager

Driving sales and managing relationships with channel partners, the full-time Inside Channel Manager will work remotely to achieve sales and profit goals for Vonage UCaaS and CPaaS services while leading partner training and communication efforts. Key responsibilities Manage a set of partners to achieve sales and profit goals through resellers/channels Establish and maintain productive relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts Facilitate communications with partners, including QBRs, product demonstrations, and sales support resources Required qualifications College degree or equivalent work experience Experience in telecom, UCaaS, and CPaaS is a plus Familiarity with CRM tools, ideally Salesforce Strong sales skills with the ability to prepare and present sales presentations Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with partners
