Inside Account Representative

To support business development efforts, the full-time Inside Account Representative will manage customer relationships, drive the sales process, and collaborate with Executive Account Directors remotely. Key responsibilities: Collaborate with Executive Account Directors to provide quotes and reports, ensuring integrity and reliability in customer interactions Facilitate the successful setup of new customers, delivering outstanding service and solutions in partnership with the Executive Account Directors Drive sales by proactively scheduling appointments and leveraging creative approaches to generate new business opportunities Required qualifications: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to enhance productivity Self-motivation and a drive to achieve targets while demonstrating initiative and innovation Outstanding interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with customers and colleagues
