Inpatient RN: Care Coordination & Discharge Leader

Jobtailor is seeking a registered nurse to deliver, direct, and supervise patient care on a hospital unit in Massachusetts. You will apply the nursing process to plan, coordinate, and discharge patients, while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates hold current RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS (AHA approved within 90 days). Inpatient med-surg experience is preferred; charge nurse responsibilities may be required.
