Are you a seasoned pharmacist with a passion for leadership and operational excellence? We’re hiring an Inpatient Pharmacy Manager to join our growing health system in the heart of Wisconsin . In this high-impact role, you’ll oversee pharmacy operations, mentor staff, and implement strategic initiatives that directly enhance patient safety, access to medications, and clinical outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee day-to-day inpatient pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of pharmacists, technicians, and support staff
• Forecast medication needs and manage inventory to support smooth, cost-effective operations
• Contribute as a practicing pharmacist when needed to maintain departmental coverage
• Drive pharmacy practice enhancements that improve patient satisfaction and health outcomes
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement strategies that support safety, education, and revenue growth

What We’re Looking For:

• Pharmacy degree required (BS Pharm minimum; PharmD preferred)
• 2+ years of pharmacist experience required
• 5+ years preferred, including 2+ years in a leadership or management role
• Wisconsin Pharmacist License (or eligibility—must be obtained within 3 months of hire)
• Strong communication, team leadership, and decision-making skills
• A passion for operational improvement and innovation in clinical pharmacy
• Annual salary: $138,165 – $193,431, commensurate with experience
• Eligible for a Sign-On Bonus
• Supportive leadership and access to development pathways
