Job Description
Qualifications:
- Education: B.S. Pharmacy or Pharm.D. required
- Licensure: Current Pharmacist license in the Commonwealth of Virginia
Experience:
- Inpatient/Acute Care experience within the last 3 years
- Intravenous (IV) compounding and pharmacotherapy management
- Prior experience in a computerized hospital pharmacy setting preferred
- Pharmacy Residency from an accredited ASHP institution preferred
Technical Skills:
- Epic (required)
- Pyxis and Carousel System experience preferred
