UNC Health in Chapel Hill is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to cover Heart Failure and Cardiac Surgery services for inpatients. This role provides pharmacotherapy services, medication review, and patient counseling within a multidisciplinary team at UNC Hospitals.
The pharmacist will work Monday–Friday 7:00 am–3:30 pm with a weekend rotation, participating in transitions of care and potential student precepting. Active NC licensure or eligibility required.
