Advocate Health is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to provide comprehensive medical nutrition therapy for inpatients and outpatients. You will assess needs, review histories and labs, and implement individualized nutrition plans with enteral and parenteral nutrition where indicated.
You will work with physicians, nursing, and pharmacy to optimize care, document in the EMR, and ensure compliant nutrition support orders across shifts and units.
