To enhance coding education, the full-time remote Inpatient Medicine Coding Specialist will research complex coding issues, develop engaging curricula, and provide instructional support to learners at various skill levels. Key responsibilities Design and update coding lessons, projects, and assessments tailored to different learning objectives Deliver high-quality instruction using various platforms in both in-person and virtual classrooms Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and analyze performance data to inform instructional improvements Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Accreditation such as RHIT, RN, CPC, or CCS-P Experience in Inpatient Medicine pro-fee coding Knowledge of ICD-10-CM and CPT coding, specifically for Inpatient Medicine Proficiency in using personal computers, especially with Excel, Word, Adobe, PowerPoint, and Zoom
