We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join our growing post-acute care team as an Inpatient Hospitalist Physician in Cape Cod, MA. This full‑time opportunity offers an exceptional work‑life balance with a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends, and no call responsibilities.

Requirements:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, or a related specialty
- Active and unrestricted medical license in the applicable state or eligibility for licensure
- DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
- Experience in hospital medicine, post‑acute care, skilled nursing, long‑term care, geriatrics, or internal medicine preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage medically complex patients
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient‑centered care
- Ability to travel between assigned facilities as needed
