The Division of Geriatrics in the Department of Medicine at thePerelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seekscandidates for several Associate or Full Professor positions in thenon-tenure academic clinician track. Applicants must have an M.D.or equivalent degree. ABIM or ABFM certification and GeriatricMedicine certification/eligibility is required.
Teaching responsibilities may include training medical students,residents, and fellows. The academic clinician track requires 100credits per year of active and high-quality teaching.
Clinical responsibilities may include inpatient care on a geriatricco-management/consultation service and Acute Care of the EldersUnit.
There will be an expectation of the ability of selected candidatesto provide management and/or leadership. Rank will be commensuratewith experience.
