Inpatient Critical Care Clinical Pharmacist

The University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics Authority seeks a Clinical Pharmacist - Critical Care to join the inpatient team. You will provide medication therapy management within the critical care unit, participate in rounds, and support safe, effective, and cost-conscious pharmacotherapy.

Responsibilities include bedside care during emergencies, dosing guidance, order verification, patient education, and precepting residents and PharmD students.
