Inpatient Coding Specialist — ICD-10 Expert & Impact

Visa Hunt is seeking a Hospital Inpatient Coding Specialist to review inpatient medical records and assign ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes and ICD-10-PCS procedure codes to derive APR-DRG or MS-DRG for optimal reimbursement.

You will collaborate with the Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialist to ensure accuracy per Centra’s coding policies, abstract pertinent information, and formulate provider queries to clarify documentation.
