Inpatient Coder: Precision Medical Coding Specialist

Kaiser Permanente seeks an Inpatient Coder in California to accurately code and abstract inpatient diagnoses and procedures using ICD-CM/ICD-PCS, CPT and HCPCS. You will ensure compliant documentation, DRG decisions, and data integrity in collaboration with clinicians.

Requires three years of hospital coding experience and a high school diploma or GED with medical terminology coursework; CCS/RHIT/RHIA certifications or eligibility are preferred.
