Overview

Centurion of Florida is a proven provider of mental health services to the Florida Department of Corrections. We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our team at the Florida Women’s Reception Center in Ocala. The role includes providing outpatient and reception psychiatric services within a state‑of‑the‑art female correctional institution, utilizing advanced programming and specialized mental health units.

Responsibilities

The Psychologist will provide psychological leadership, consultation, and direct services for patients in the assigned facility, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team on assessment and treatment of mental and emotional disorders.

Qualifications

• Must hold a PsyD or PhD from a U.S. accredited university program.
• Must have successfully completed post‑doc requirements.
• Licensed in FL as a Clinical Psychologist.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Must be able to pass credentialing and background check.
• Prior locked unit experience is highly desired.
• Work legally in the United States without sponsorship.

Available Shift

• Monday-Friday
• Day Shift (no nights, holidays, weekends).
