Inpatient Case Manager LVN Care Management Full Time Days

USPI THEDA OAKS GASTRO AND ENDO CENTER is seeking a motivated REGISTERED NURSE to join our team. Theda Oaks Gastro and Endo is a fast paced ASC environment committed to producing the highest quality work and experience for patients and their families. 

SCHEDULE: 4 day/10 hour shifts

JOB SUMMARY

The RN is responsible to plan, execute, and evaluate the nursing care given to patients in the Endoscopy nursing role.  Provides patient care within the prevailing state standards of practice and according to the policies of the facility.  Communicates appropriate information to other team members.  Helps maintain equipment, supplies, and general cleanliness of the unit.  May have additional responsibilities designated by the manager, which may include but are not limited to providing patient care in other peri-operative departments, serving on committees, participating in quality improvement projects.

Required Skills

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Graduate of an approved school of nursing.

Currently licensed in the state. 

CPR required, advanced life support certification required. 

Demonstrates clinical competency, leadership, and teaching capabilities.

Physically and emotionally capable of performing responsibilities of position.

SGNA certification preferred. 

Minimum of one-year experience in Outpatient Endoscopy or surgery

USPI complies with federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce.  If you are offered this position and must be vaccinated under any applicable law, you will be required to show proof of full vaccination or obtain an approval of a religious or medical exemption prior to your start date.  If you receive an exemption from the vaccination requirement, you will be required to submit to regular testing in accordance with the law.
