This full-time academic position offers an exceptional opportunity to practice at a renowned hospital known for high-acuity cardiac care, advanced imaging, and a full spectrum of cardiac services.   • Practice at Lenox Hill Hospital, a 652-bed acute care hospital on Manhattan’s Upper East Side.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive inpatient cardiology consultations and management.
  • Perform and interpret diagnostic tests, such as EKGs, echocardiograms, and stress tests.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with various cardiovascular conditions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research activities.
  • Actively engage in teaching and mentoring medical students and residents.

Requirements

  • MD/DO
  • Board Certified/Eligible in cardiovascular diseases and echocardiography.
  • Strong foundation in inpatient cardiology.
  • Proficiency in TTE and TEE.
  • Nuclear Cardiology and cardiac CT (Level II/III) certifications are preferred.
