Innovation Implementation Analyst

Supporting operational programs and technology pilot initiatives, the full-time temporary Innovation Implementation Analyst will coordinate activities, maintain documentation, track performance metrics, and facilitate communication among cross-functional teams in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Support deployment, execution, and evaluation of operational and technology pilot programs Serve as liaison between field teams, vendors, leadership, and business stakeholders Track program performance metrics and maintain accurate records and reporting Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred 1+ years of experience supporting operational programs, technology pilots, or project coordination Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Strong organizational and project coordination skills Experience gathering, organizing, and reporting program data and operational metrics
