Ink & Adhesive Material HandlerSouderton, PA Hourly rate: Based on experience and will be discussed during initial phone screen 1st and 3rd Shift positions (3rd Shift Hours Sunday-Friday 11PM-7AM)Perform color pulls to support press approvals, minimize waste, and improve efficiencyReceive, unload, stage, move, and return inks, adhesives, chemicals, and solvents to appropriate stock locationsMix, transport, and deliver adhesives and inks to presses as neededOpen, mix, weigh, and return ink drums to ink room and storage locationsStage, load, and prepare hazardous waste shipments and maintain satellite accumulation areas according to regulations and Fres-co policiesMaintain housekeeping standards in ink and solvent areas to prevent accidentsPerform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory recordsCross train in other departments to support production needsTrain new hires and support ongoing training of team membersFollow all standard work procedures, safety guidelines, and plant policiesPerform other duties as assignedRequirementsPrior experience in ink handling, printing, or manufacturing preferredColor matching skillsBasic computer skills helpful for inventory and documentationForklift certification or ability to obtain certificationPhysical ability to stand, sit, bend, stoop, lift a minimum of 50 lbs, and leverage up to 400 lbs using hand trucksHigh school diploma or equivalent
