In this role, you'll perform process transfers, test runs, troubleshooting, and documentation to ensure consistent, high-quality production. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain optimal molding conditions, support corrective actions, and uphold a clean, safe work environment. Relocation assistance is available for candidates willing to move within 20 miles of Fort Worth, TX.ResponsibilitiesFollow procedures and protocols for press alarms, production priorities, and test runsComplete production test runs, summarize results, and update the MRP systemTransfer and validate processes between machines, including setup sheet creation and documentationCollaborate with process, tooling, quality, maintenance, and production teams to resolve issuesDocument all process changes using standardized worksheetsCommunicate effectively with peers, operations, and vendors through verbal and written channelsStart or stop molding machines based on priority schedules, including full shutdowns for mold changesSupport molding and quality teams on corrective actions and process adjustmentsEnsure molds run within defined parameters and established processesMaintain a clean and organized molding floor and work environmentSet up and improve part containment systems at molding machinesAssist with camera setup and installation as requested by Operations and EngineeringSet up and tune Sprue Pickers and Robots (Yushin models)Perform other duties as assignedMust Haves2+ years of experience as a Process Technician in an injection molding environmentCommitment to continued education through AIM Molding I and II (coursework and travel covered by US Conec)Nice to HavesExperience with process documentation and setup sheet managementFamiliarity with Yushin Sprue Pickers and robotic systemsStrong collaboration skills across engineering, quality, and production teamsWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation with shift differentialMinimum of 4 weeks PTO for all team membersComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matchRelocation assistance for qualified candidatesCollaborative, employee-centric culture focused on innovation and growthOpportunities for professional development and continued educationUS Conec will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
