This position requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure that all molded products meet precise specifications and quality standards. The operator will be responsible for setting up machines, monitoring production runs, and making necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and reduce waste. Collaboration with quality control and maintenance teams is essential to troubleshoot issues and maintain smooth production flow.
